MENTAL FITNESS PROGRAMME
This programme is supported technologically by an application (accessible only to the participants) designed by the Positive Intelligence team (www.positiveintelligence.com).
The programme consists of 6 weeks of intense mental training and 4 coaching sessions:
- weekly 1 hour video sessions available every Saturdays to be watched by the end of Monday on the app.
- 15 minutes daily app-guided practices from Tuesday to Friday. Each day the app has a specific focus to build new neural pathways. On the app there is also an interactive mental gym, which can be accessed for a whole year afterwards.
- 30 min accountability calls every Monday.
- 4 coaching sessions to be held after the six weeks of mental training
- Read 8 chapters of Positive Intelligence bestseller book (1/2 chapter a week)
